Login and registration process


Virtual Expo has a passwordless login system which will send an activation email to the new manager account. In this email there is an activation link and a token, both can be used. Optionally you can set a password, if you so prefer.



This login system is only for managers and booth personell. Visitors to the expo do not need to sign up, unless the exibitor has activated this option in the expo settings. The activation email and the verification email have links and tokens which expire after 15min.


No prerequisites are required.


The activation link expires after 15min and a new email has to be requested via the main sign-up page.


1)   Passwordless Login

Passwordless login means that you do not have to choose a password. If you already have an account, you will log in by clicking a link in an email we will send you. If you are a new user, you will receive an email with a link and by clicking the link you will create your account.

After adding an email address, a verification email has been sent.

2)   Setting a password

Once you have activated your account via an email activation link, you can set a password for future logins.

Click on the arrow next to the account email at the top of the page.

After having set the password you can enter https://manage.virtualexpo.info/ using your email address and password by clicking on ‘Login using email and password’.
