Overview Manager roles

Exhibitors can add media and links to the booth and have limited editing style options, such as choosing the type of the booth, a display poster and the colors of the booth.


  • an exhibition can have several expo managers
  • each booth has one main booth manager signed up when creating the booth and can have several additional booth managers at booth level signed up via the contacts tab of the booth
  • contact persons signed up at booth level can have text and video chat functionality only (-> here named: exhibitors)


  • the main booth manager has to be set up by the expo manager


The expo manager decides the sponsor/ exhibitor categories and determines how many items of media can be displayed. A booth manager can choose from 2-3 models in each category and can add colors to the booth.  Exhbitors do not automatically have chat and manager rights, they have to be assigned.
